[Mingw-msys] Problem with rxvt

Hello,

I installed MingW32 (1.0.6) and MSys (1.0) on 
a WinNT 4 Box

when I startet the MSYS from the desktop some 
cmd-wins pop up and vanish away immedeatly.
Some further investigation show that there 
was a libW11.dll missing. I found a libX11.dll 
renamed it and ...
well the rxvt pops up but there's no promt and I 
can't type in anything. 

What can I do.

bte. the bin/sh and sh work fine, if the rxvt is commentet out.
