Provides more robust path parsing following switches passed as
parameters.

This would be the same as installing version 1.0.2 with the dll snapshot
installed.

In version 1.0.4, you'll be able to use symlinks in the parameter list
to a win32 program.

In version 1.0.5, environment variables containing paths will be
translated.
