I've now added the missing libgomp.spec file to the FRS copy of
gcc-core-5.3.0-2-mingw32-bin.tar.xz

Those who use mingw-get to manage their installations should follow
the instructions at https://sourceforge.net/p/mingw/bugs/2312/#21ea to
make their mingw-get installation records consistent with the current
state of the distribution.
