Hi everyone, I am new in the Mingw list and I have found a bug in the program addr2line for windows platform : > addr2line -v "GNU addr2line (GNU Binutils) 2.23.1 Copyright 2012 Free Software Foundation, Inc. This program is free software; you may redistribute it under the terms of the GNU General Public License version 3 or (at your option) any later version. This program has absolutely no warranty." This is the last version I use (from mingw package available here : http://sourceforge.net/projects/mingw/files/) When I execute : > addr2line -s -f -e progName.exe 0xAAABBBCCC I cannot get the name of my functions. I always got "??" instead of function name. If I use the previous version 2.22 for this tool, it works perfectly ;) So I deduce it is a real bug. Is there a new version available for this tool without this bug ? I use Windows 7 OS 64 bits. Last version of binutils tools (2.23.1) Thanks a lot. |
