IIRC, that would be an MSYS package -- i.e. dependent on msys-1.0.dll,
which is not what I believe the OP requires -- a *native* port for use
in MinGW applications.

Please don't encourage Joe Public to mix MSYS libraries with code
which is intended to be compiled for MinGW.
