There was a change we adopted in mingw-runtime back in January, which was developed by Kai over at mingw64.sf.net. This change uses TLS (thread local storage) to do what mingwm10.dll used to do. We still provide the DLL in case there are old apps that still need it -- but newly compiled apps will no longer require that DLL. -- Chuck |
