If its really mingw-w64, x86_64-pc-mingw64 is not the same as x86_64-w64-mingw64. The latter is designed to use mingw-w64 specific features, while the former is setup for compatibility with mingw.org (which doesn't quite make sense at the moment, since there is not 64bit support there yet).
