If you persist in top-posting, then no, but just this one time only:

- The archive you are missing is now distributed as a .tar.lzma, and no
longer as a .tar.gz; you need to adapt your build procedure to account
for that change.

- The w64 team maintain their own independent ML.  While we are happy to
act as a clearing house for w64 issues, you may get a speedier response
by contacting them directly.
