[Mingw-users] can not run program produced by g++ in mingw in other person's cmd.exe

[zgt_123 <zg...@ye...>]

hello guys:
  i come across a problem, i compile one C++ program in mingw, and i could run it well in my windows cmd.exe.
but when i send the program to others, the program can not output anything. and there should be something there.
 
any help is appreciated.
