By far openSUSE Build Service contains most comprehensive collection of
mingw software/libraries. No real competitors that I know of.

I use it to build Pidgin (GTK+) against for example for my enterprise plugin
development work... 

It has basically everything I needed: 
dbus gconf2 glib2 gtk2 meanwhile libgstreamer libidn zlib mozilla-nspr
mozilla-nss libxml2 python
