Thanks, Oleksandr.  I thought that mingw-msys was obsolete, and we
weren't supposed to use it anymore.

Unfortunately, I don't have cygwin installed (and don't want to have it
installed), so the programs this depends on won't work.

Anyone else?  msys filepaths with GNU Emacs?
