[Mingw-users] Inquiry for information.

Frankly, my inquiry is just for some information and I am hoping that you
some of you folks may be able to help. There is a MinGW port file named
fontforge-Mingw_2009_10_28.Zip which is only available from a Japanese web
site. Does anyone know anything about it or who produced it (individual or
group)? Thanks for any assistance that you can offer.
