[Mingw-users] Is there a trick to use msvcrt.dll functions not supported by mingw?

Hi,

Is there some method to use functions from msvcrt.dll that are not (yet) 
included into mingw? Take for example the _mkgmtime() function. I can 
get the code to compile by providing the function declaration myself, 
but obviously I can't get it to link. Can I create some kind of mini 
import library for the missing functions I need?
