But you did point me in the right direction! Thanks. It's a little bit
more involved than stopping LVCOMSe though. Turns out, it's even in
the wiki: http://www.mingw.org/wiki/Environment_issues. But pretty
much the only way to locate that article using search is to search for
"make crashes" (unless you already know what the problem is). I would
probably never used these two words together.

Should I send an email to someone to request adding this to the FAQ?
