I didn't want to imply that my patches should actually be used. They
were just meant to demonstrate the problem. Right now there's simply an
inconsistency between xscripts and the package release names that needs
to be fixed - this could be done by amending either xscripts or the
package names. This decision is up to the MinGW project of course. Just
keep in mind that xscripts depends one the naming scheme, so please try
to stick to it once there's an agreement.
