[Mingw-users] Upgrading www.mingw.org

Please be aware that there may be periods of sporadic use for 
http://www.mingw.org.  I have made a copy and you should be able to use 
http://www.mingw.org/old instead if you find the site unusable.

For those who agreed to be content managers, please be sure to register 
for an account at http://www.mingw.org/new.  I will need the account 
name you register as.  I suggest using your SourceForge user name.
