[Mingw-users] Comparing function pointers from symbol for a function exported by a dll

I have a function defined in a dll that is linked to my exe.  When I  
pass in a pointer to the function that I retrieve in the exe, it is  
not equal to a function pointer for the same function retrieved from  
the dll:

Can someone please tell me what linker options I need to get this to  
work?
