First, I need to add your SF user name to the project, (if you don't
have one, please create an account).  Please mail this off-list, to
min...@li...

Second, if you haven't already done so for another project, you need to
register an SSH public key with SF, for `:ext:' access to CVS, and I
need to grant that access to our CVS space, for your user name.

Finally, you need to check out the `MinGW' module from CVS, modify the
`MinGW/inifiles/mingw.ini' file appropriately, and commit the change.
