It is, but as we've already explained, the mingw.ini file for the
installer still believes it to be this:--

> ... 3.4.2 is quite old.

This needs to be fixed, but somebody needs to find the time to do it; it
will be fixed when someone gets around to it.  Thanks for the report; we
now know about the problem; you may stop beating the drum.
