Yes, I vaguely remember that discussion. I promoted GCC-3.4.5 to current during a reorganisation of the download page layout, which I've been progressing during my lunch break at work. I am unable to connect to the CVS from work, to make that change, and with various things going on at home, I simply haven't had a chance to do it from there either. Thus, I asked Dave to progress it, but I do understand that he may not have had the time to get to it either. For those who object to this inertia in maintenance of the installer, remember you don't have to use it; there is always the fairly simple option to install manually. Regards, Keith. |
