Well, Microsnot's setlocale returns a codepage reference, rather than the classification POSIX expects, so you probably won't get `UTF-8'; you will more likely just get `cpNNNN'. > I just don't know what to do, now, with catgets :) It's a POSIX library function, for retrieving message text in alternative national languages.
