[Mingw-users] Error when installing mingw candidate version. Please help.

I use the downloaded automated installer to download and install mingw
candidate version. The installer always show the error "Error: Failure
reading from tarball.". Why?

I had tried to redownload the automated installer many times.

Any ways to solve my problem? Manual install also accepted.

I only want to use the candidate version.
