[Mingw-users] Trolltech's version of MinGW

Hello,

  Toward the bottom of the following page:

  http://trac.osgeo.org/ossim/wiki/WindowsBuild

  is a write-up on building with MinGW.  However, 
  the instructions mentions using Trolltech's version
  of mingw (and installing it in msys/mingw).

  What is this Trolltech version, and how does it 
  differ from the regular MinGW?

  The proper people to ask this question to would be
  Trolltech, and I will also be asking this question
  of them.
