SourceForge provides each project with a  <hyperlink>File Release 
System</hyperlink>.

I was aware of this issue, but I did not know that the changes were 
frequent.

In that case, just delete the entire file list table, and instead write 
"Please go to <link-to-sourceforge>". No maintenance required.
