WiX handles non-interactive installs and has support for package dependencies (it uses the concept of "features" and "products", where a product contains one or more features.) The WiX tool chain is command-line based, so it integrates well with makefiles. I think this delivery mechanism fits the MinGW design philosophy the best; it's the native Windows format, and doesn't require a bunch of additional packages to make it work. -- D. |
