[Mingw-users] NSIS installer script

I'm wondering why MinGW's NSIS installer script is not in the CVS... I
wanted to use the code to allow my installer to be able to utilize SF
mirrors to download MinGW and install it for the IDE I am packaging... How
come it has not been uploaded to CVS? My IDE installer is in NSIS, and I
cannot change it now, especially with all the work I have done...
