Hi,
sometime ago there was a discussion about building GCC 4 with MinGW.

Now I tried to build GCC 4.1, but the build fails because it cannot locate "gmp.h"
and subsequently fails at __GNU_MP_VERSION.

Any idea what is needed to install, and where?
