I never saw the patch, so when I looked at the original problem (subject
line), I sighed.
Then I put together my own patch and submitted it to binutils.

It was accepted.  I still haven't looked at the wiki patch.  If it was
better/more complete please feel free to submit to binutils list.  In
the meantime, you could rebuild binutils from CVS sources and add
--add-stdcall-underscore to dlltool command line when building import
lib
