I guess for me I like to resize 'on the fly' allowing me to adjust
window sizes such that I can have multiple windows tiled in what ever
configuration suits me at that time.  I find win32 console windows
quite limiting in this fashion.

Fair enough.

What I'm referring to is that the win32 console window uses Windows
console subsystem.  When I refer to 'graphical' (again perhaps not the
best way to describe it), I mean non-console, be it a text window,
rich text window, whatever.

Again, fair enough, as I mentioned, it's something I would like to see
implemented.  It's entirely up to Julien what he decides to implement.
