The script and options used by Danny to create the stock version
of MinGW g++ can be downloaded from the filesection. However there
are a few caveats:
=2D you'll have to apply a patch to make DW2 EH working
=2D the scripts Danny publishes do require manual interaction
=2D you are mote or less on your own

While that page describes how to build a linux-hosted x-compiler
it probably touches a couple of problems you will encounter as well.
