[Mingw-users] #using preprocessor

I have a question about a error I get whenever I compile a flie with the 
#using preprocessor.

I know that I have to customize something in my compiler options. But I 
don't have any knowledge of that. I've read forums tutorials etc but I can't 
realy figure it out because they don't provide a good example where I can 
learn from to prevent a typing mistake.

Can somebody give me an answer what to do. I'm using Dev-bloodshed and I 
haven't changed nothing yet so if I'm missing something else please tell me.
