What you want is x-compiling under Win32 for Linux. To do that you would have to create a _new_ gcc very much like the one you already have got. Basically all you'd have to do is get the sources together with the script provided that's creating the binaries. Adjust said script to the new target (e.g. x86-linux-gnu) and run it. This should create the desired toolchain. If you don't know how to create the mingw toolchain under Win32 in the first place than this probably isn't a viable suggestion... In that case you might be lucky to find someone who already had created such a crosscompiler and published it on the web. Just out of curiosity: Why don't you get one of those CD-based Linux, boot your machine with it and do this natively under Linux where you should have all the tools required at your disposal anyway ?
