The [Mingw-users] tag means that the post in your mailbox was to the mingw-users list while the [mingw - StupidTechiQuestions] indicates the forum from which the post came. While the first tag may be possible to be removed (if allowed) the second tag could not as that is the only identifying header in the mail as to where the post originated.
