No, I only tried these two:
>    GNU ld version 2.13.90 20030111
>    GNU ld version 2.15.91 20040904

I'm thinking of just jumping to the latest distribution
for production. If linker speed were extremely important
to me, I might consider reverting to ld-2.14.90; but for
my application it's compiler speed that matters most.
