[Mingw-users] [mingw - C/C++] Problem compiling i386-mingw32

I am trying to build binutils-2.13.2.1 (not cross compiling, just rebuild the
MinGW tools running on Win32)

the make.exe got the following messages:

I'm having CygWin's bash and MinGW dev tools(current) while it's been configured
with
sh ./configure --build=i386-mingw32 --host=i386-mingw32 --target=i386-mingw32
--prefix=/cygdrive/c/MinGW/cross-gcc-3.2.3

Seems I need bison, do I? If yes, where to install bison and how to configure
it(them)?
