Thanks all members that have replied.

So the best solution (in my case) is to live with thread helper library (such as minwgm10.dll).
Today i've looked through gcc sources. Some interesting information on this
topic can be found in following files of gcc's source tree:
 /gcc/gthr-win32.h
 /libjava/win32.cc.
And of course in the info pages about -mthreads -lmingwthrd and
related options :-)
