Can you submit bug report to mingw bug trackler at:

https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=add&group_id=2435&atid=102435

Please include preprocessed  source.

If it doesn't look like a mingw specific bug, we can forward on to
GCC-bugs, but I suspect dllimport problem.
