[Mingw-users] Does anyone know how to build the boost library?

Hello,

Building boost on MinGW is not as easy as it seemed...

I realize that this problem has been reported already to the boost, but I
can't find any fix.

Does any fix exist?

PS I try to build boost_1_31_0. I simply followed the step-by-step install
manual on boost homepage.
After dealing with jam & bjam utility, the command

bjam "-sTOOLS=mingw" install

complains that it can't find #included library files.
