I am specificly interested in making changes for Target=MinGW.
And, since I work in windows, I need to also modify code that works for 
Host=MinGW and Build=MinGW.

I want to add win32 Thread Local Storage support.
What code should I modify if I want to get it into the gcc that one can 
download from the MingW page?
