With the help of this forum, I recently added compiled HTML help to a =
very simple Win32 application built with MinGW tools.  Taking to heart =
the project team's exhortation "Do something, anything" that I saw in =
connection with another topic, I would be happy to write up =
words-of-one-syllable directions for doing this, if there's a general =
interest.  What would be the best format, and where specifically should =
