[Mingw-users] "relink problem"

Hi,
I can't search the list any more ( SPAM strikes back ?)
so I have to post it directly.
What is the status of the "relink problem " discussed by Ernie and Chuck 
Wilson?
Is it going to be released?
It would be nice not having to rebuilt all the exes in big make runs.
