[Mingw-users] MinGW Libraries info

Hi,

I'm not sure who this should be directed to (you know who you are) but I
need some info on the headers and libraries.  Specifically, I'd like to
know:-

    1. What does each of the supplied libraries do?

    2. Which headers create direct dependancies on which libraries?

If this info hasn't already been compiled, I'll understand a lack of
response.
