Sorry. The "abnormal program termination" message is visible only on
some text consoles (the Emacs' eshell, for instance). When the "Do you
really want yo quit?" dialog is shown and you click "No", the
exception handler that shows a message box with the text 'Exception'
should execute. This is the behavior for all compilers I tried except
for gcc 3.2.

Whe you answer 'Yes' the program exits normally. When you answer 'No'
the program crashes silently, unless you execute the program from a
special shell or gdb.
