Hello everyone again,

Since I didn't just want to wait for a feedback I thought how
I could help a bit further myself. - What I came up with is a
first draft of how, in my opinion, the ACE-production for

MinGW+Cygwin and

MinGW+MSYS

differ.

I have used the original part from the ACE-Installation-Guide
for MinGW (+Cygwin) and added a MinGW+MSYS sub-chapter

Any feedback is appreciated. - The worst that could happen is
that someone of you tells me that I completely missunderstand
the MinGW+MSYS envrionment ...
