[Mingw-users] Linking to DLL

If I make a def file from DLL (which I don't have source for) and it says:
ICQAPICall_GetVersion@4

When link with .a lib made from that .def, I get:
undefined reference to `ICQAPICall_GetVersion__FRi@4'

Where does that __FRi come from, and how can I get around it? ANY idea, where I
could find out, what's going on?


How can I do any windows development if I can't link to third party DLL:s?
