[Mingw-users] stat problem was fixed?

Hello,

Can anyone tell me when (at approx. what release) a probable stat() problem (maybe, that 
the headers did not define the same struct as the library had) in MinGW was fixed? If it was?

I previously had a strange failure trying to build Perl on MinGW that involved stat, and then 
today am having some other strangeness. That's why I want to know besides the good reason 
that it would be good generally to know.
