These are stdcall functions as well, but pexports doesn't support
gcc's __attribute__( and some other things like passing structs by
value),
so try something like this:

pexports.exe -p "gcc -E -D __attribute__(x)= -xc-header -I
/usr/local/include" \
	-h /usr/local/include/glut.h glut32.dll > glut32.def
