One good place for these kind of diagnostic tools is
http://protools.cjb.net/ . This is a site dedicated to reverse
engineering tools but has a lot of utilities that can be very useful for
the common programmer, especially regarding debugging. Take a look at
the Utilities -> Spy Tools.
