<P>How is it possible to determine the page &amp; offset/address (even the seg:offset would do)&nbsp;of a memory location allocated by malloc/calloc using mingw? I'm avoiding djgpp for this reason as DPMI makes things quite painful &amp; I was hoping mingw would have a simpler method.</P>
