Here is a summary of the: where is GDB?

GDB isn't part of the official Mingw distribution but
here are a few versions of that gdb you can use (in
order of appearance):
ftp://ftp.xraylith.wisc.edu/pub/khan/gnu-win32/mingw32
http://www.gwdg.de/~mrickma/ming/
http://www.objectcentral.com/downloads.htm (cygwin
version of gdb+insight)
